Location, Dress Code, Access Times
The shows are in an outdoor London location, in Zone 3 of the TFL travel zones.
The ticket buyer will receive all tickets and follow-up communications to their email address. Forward the emails you receive to everyone in your group.
An email to the ticket buyer will provide access to the bespoke event website. The website will provide details of your character backstory, costume, location, choice of arrival times as well as a host of videos, articles and news to start your experience before you even get to the event.
This is an outdoor event which will take place beneath the glorious summer sky. The event will take place regardless of the prevailing weather conditions. Please ensure that you are dressed appropriately.
Arrival and Closing Times
All shows are evening shows. Arrival time slots are between 6.00pm and 7.30pm on weekdays, and 5.30pm and 7.30pm on weekends. Latecomers may not be admitted. All shows finish at 11pm.
Food and Drink
A carefully curated range of street food vendors will be available between 6.00pm (5.30pm at weekends) and 10.00pm. We will cater for vegetarians, vegans and other dietary requirements. No food or drink will be permitted to be brought to site.
Site Rules and Prohibited Items
Please be aware that the State of Verona does not believe in violence of any kind, and attendees are reminded not to carry weapons (including replicas or toys) with them. All guests must adhere to the site rules displayed in the Front of House areas.
Cameras, Phones, Recording Devices
All cameras and mobile phones will be sealed in an opaque bag for the duration of your experience and must not be used. If you are seen to be using your device, it will be confiscated and returned at the end of your experience.
There is no cloakroom available on site. Please do not bring large items of luggage with you to the event.
We allow blankets to be brought onto site. However please note anyone bringing raised seating will be asked to sit off to one side or towards the back of the screening area as to not obstruct the screen for other audience members.
What are the accepted payment methods?
The experience only accepts bank cards, contactless as well as chip and pin. Not all machines however accept American Express.
Smoking will only be permitted in the designated areas.
Strobe lighting effect will be used during the experience.
The experience is strictly for guests aged 18 or older.
Tickets are either issued via email from email@example.com, or via the DICE app, immediately after booking. Once your order has been processed, your booking can neither be rescheduled nor cancelled. Please review your booking carefully before checking out.
You will be able to transfer your ticket or change the name on your ticket up to one month before your attendance. You can retrieve copies of your tickets from www.universe.com/sign-in or DICE app, depending on your purchase method. Login with the email address used to book your tickets.
We can accommodate pregnant and lesser abled guests including wheelchair users. If you are looking to book tickets to the experience and would like to receive further details on its accessibility, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before booking.

Blue Badge holders, Freedom Pass holders, and PIP/DLA recipients are entitled to a free carer ticket. Please note: Carer tickets can only be booked directly via email. Do not purchase carer tickets through the online form. Also note that complimentary carer tickets are available for Standard tickets only.
